Welcome to LIGHTVERSE GLOBAL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that may impair its performance, damage its content, or interfere with other users.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, display settings, or manufacturing improvements. Custom specifications must be confirmed in writing before production.

3. Quotes and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order and required deposit. Prices are quoted FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. We accept T/T, L/C, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Other payment methods may be arranged upon written agreement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Warranties and Returns

We offer a 2-year warranty on standard LED bulbs and up to 3 years on commercial-grade engineered products. Warranty claims must be supported by evidence of manufacturing defects and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of LIGHTVERSE GLOBAL or its licensors. OEM/ODM designs developed for customers remain confidential and are used solely for the agreed production.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIGHTVERSE GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Zhongshan, China.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
